Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Eterna Lifestyle Ltd, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

By purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Our Services

Eterna Lifestyle Ltd provides professional marketing and AI automation services. Because our Services involve the investment of significant human expertise, time, strategic planning, and proprietary resources from the moment of engagement, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

3. Monthly Retainer Services

3.1 Pre-Commencement Cancellation. If you cancel your subscription before any work has commenced or deliverables have been produced, you are entitled to a full refund of your initial payment, provided the cancellation request is received in writing within 48 hours of your first payment.

3.2 After Work Has Commenced. Once work has commenced on your account (including but not limited to strategy development, campaign setup, content creation, or AI system builds), no refund will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel future renewals in accordance with our cancellation terms (30 days' written notice).

3.3 Partial Month. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused days within an active billing period.

4. One-Time & Project Fees

One-time project fees (e.g., website builds, AI automation setup, branding packages) are non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit of 50% is held upon signing to secure your project slot, and this deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

5. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service not delivered: Where we have failed to commence or deliver agreed Services and no work has been conducted whatsoever
  • Duplicate payment: Where you have been charged twice in error for the same billing period
  • Technical billing error: Where an incorrect amount has been charged due to a system error

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with campaign results, as marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions, platform algorithm changes, product/service quality, and competitor activity.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at Info@eternalifestyleltd.com with:

  • Your full name and company name
  • Your invoice number(s)
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution with us may constitute a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your Services
  • Recovery of outstanding fees through legal or debt collection channels
  • Reporting of the dispute to credit reference agencies where applicable

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription or ongoing Services:

  • Submit your cancellation request in writing to Info@eternalifestyleltd.com
  • Provide a minimum of 30 days' notice before your next Billing Date
  • We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days
  • You will continue to receive Services until the end of the final paid billing period

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any previously paid fees unless covered by Section 5 above.

9. Ad Spend

Any third-party advertising spend invested directly into advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) on your behalf or within your accounts is entirely separate from our management fees. We have no ability to refund advertising spend as this is controlled by and payable to third-party platforms.

10. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (purchasing outside of business purposes) and reside in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For digital services commenced with your explicit consent before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period, the right to cancel may be forfeited. We will make this clear prior to commencement.
